Ghost in the Fog Cocktail

Servings: 1 cocktail

Equipment

  • 1 Jigger
  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Lowball cocktail glass
  • 1 Loose Leaf Tea Strainer for dry ice
  • 1 Pair of Thick Heat/Cold Resistant Gloves for dry ice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz McQueen and the Violet Fog Gin
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • ½ oz Marachino Liquor
  • ½ oz Lavendar Simple Syrup
  • 1 sprig Basil
  • 1 chunk Dry Ice for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • Add gin, lemon juice, marachino liquor and lavender syrup to shaker
  • Shake
  • Slap sprig of basil over palm then place in glass
  • Strain mix from shaker into glass over basil
  • Add dry ice to tea strainer then place in glass.
    DO NOT TOUCH dry ice with bare hands. Use heat resistant gloves for this step.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

DO NOT TOUCH dry ice with bare hands!
Use heat/cold resistant gloves when handling. Dry ice will burn bare skin.
