The Chupacabra Cocktail

Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Jigger
- Muddler
- Highball glass
- Straw
Ingredients
- 10 Mint leaves
- 1/2 Lime quartered
- 1/2 oz Blood orange syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi Limon Rum
- 1 bottle Jarritos lime soda
Instructions
- Add lime & mint leaves to cocktail shaker
- Muddle
- Add ice & rum to cocktail shaker
- Shake
- Coat inside of highball glass with blood orange syrup
- Fill 1/4 of glass with ice
- Add rum mixture to glass
- Top with Jarritos
- Stir with straw after serving to turn cocktail red
- Enjoy!
