- A little bitter and a little sweet.
- Not really a sipping rum.
- Can see it being a good cocktail rum.
Bitter Beast Cocktail
- Because you don’t shake this cocktail, you layer it, at first all you taste is the bitters, so be sure to stir it before drinking.
- With the orange juice flavors, I could see this as a morning cocktail.
- Would love to make this into a punch bowl.
