We are calling upon a spirit imported by Saranty Imports from Stanford, Conneticut. We are using their Gran Malo Churros Tequila to summon a classic margarita to the table.

Gran Malo Churros Tequila Shot
- I feel like I just ate Christmas.
- It makes me think of a snickerdoodle.
- I get the dough-y baked flavor.
Classic Margarita Cocktail
- Went with classic margarita recipe because we couldn’t find any cocktails from the distillery.
- Because it was churros flavored, we chose to go light on the sweetener in the cocktail.
- I love this!
- Yummy to make during posadas.

Gran Malo Churros Tequila Shot
- This is tasty!
- It tastes like cinnamon toast crunch at first and then it became a wafer cookie.
- Interesting!
Classic Margarita Cocktail
- In margarita is 1 1/2 oz tequila, 1/4 oz agave nectar, 3/4 oz lime juice and 1/2 oz Grand Mariner.
- We doubled recipe which was 3 oz tequila, 2 oz Grand Marnier, two limes and 1/2 oz agave nectar
- This cocktail is much more palatable over drinking the tequila straight up.
- Surprisingly very good.
Gran Malo Churros Tequila Final Thoughts
We greatly enjoyed this. We were so skeptical over how this would taste and went into this episode not expecting to like this tequila at all! Chelsea has her gears turning for making Creepmas cocktails and we cannot wait to share this with friends!
