Inspired by Ghostbusters’ Ecto Cooler of 1989, this citrus-flavored drink from Hi-C is making a comeback as a cocktail for our Halloween special. Ecto Cooler Cocktail Recipe
We created this cocktail for our Halloween Special. It debuted in episode 26 on October 27th, 2022. Find the ingredients and instructions required with our printable recipe card below.
Ecto Cooler Cocktail
- 1 Jigger
- 1 Cocktail Shaker
- 1 Highball cocktail glass
- 1 Straw
- 1 ½ oz Tarantula Tequila Azul
- 1 ½ oz Bacardi Lime Rum
- ¾ oz Lime juice or 1 whole lime
- ¼ oz Grand Marnier
- ¼ oz Orange simple syrup
- 1 bottle Jarritos lime soda
- Fill cocktail shaker with ice then add Tarantula, Bacardi, Grand Marnier, orange syrup and lime juice
- Shake vigorously
- Pour mixture with ice into highball glass
- Top with Jarritos to taste
